We need a strong CSI-16 estimator who can own a project from concept budget through final bid reconciliation. Commercial and industrial experience preferred. You will work directly with clients — no account manager in the middle.
We are a small studio — every designer touches everything from schematic sketches to permit-set production. You need to be comfortable at a drawing board and in Revit on the same day.
Growing MEP workload means we need someone who can take a set of M/E/P drawings and come back with a complete, tradeable estimate. We are flexible on location for the right person.
